HOW DID WE DO IT?

You know the expression, “it takes 10,000 hours of practice to reach perfection”. We've probably put that many hours into this project – if not more – to make it work the way it does.

The smallest of details needs to be precisely calibrated to guarantee perfect microfoam. The impeller's speed, the coupling's magnetic force, and the jug's shape need to be just right.

Every tiny change affects and changes the outcome, so we needed to test every possible combination of variables. Still, we persevered, putting in thousands of hours designing, modeling, testing, tweaking, prototyping, and experimenting. We did it for over three years until everything was flawless. Now all you need to do is press a button.

IS IT MAGIC?

It’s not real magic, but how it works is pretty magical.

In a nutshell, the Nano Pop creates premium microfoam milk in three stages.

It starts by pre-heating the milk to a given temperature while mixing slowly. Then ratchets up to dizzying speeds to incorporate air into the milk. Finally, it slows down to find the perfect balance by pulling down and pulverizing the incorporated bubbles through our ingenious spinning Nano Pop.

Maintaining a perfectly balanced vortex to ensure a homogenized mix – without incorporating more air – is no small feat. That balancing act makes the Nano Pop seem so magical and fantastical.
